Cyber Acoustics Ca-3602 Speaker Review: Affordable, but CapableThe Cyber Acoustics ca-3602 speaker is among the most cost-effective on the market. This includes the subwoofer. What you save in cost, you sacrifice in quality and endurance.

Cyber Acoustics CA3602 speaker system is a great choice. It's also very affordable. To get the price you have to sacrifice sound quality and durability.

You'll find two options when you search for speakers: expensive, high-end audiophile-grade models and inexpensive hunks made of plastic. Both can be very costly, but they don't really sound great. Cyber Acoustics CA3602FFP speakers are somewhere in the middle. These speakers are affordable at less than $50 and provide decent audio. They're a good choice for those looking for basic multimedia speakers.

These speakers aren’t some of the best on the market. Two satellite speakers and a subwoofer are included. The subwoofer is a big black box with cutouts where the drivers are— that's mostly fine. Satellites are only 8 inches high and made from flimsy plastic. Drivers are visible, which makes them particularly delicate.
You will need to separate the audio cables that are shared between both satellite speakers. The cable terminates in a 3.5mm stereo jack that plugs into the rear of the subwoofer.
Drivers are left exposed making them particularly vulnerable.
The input cable is a single one that comes from the subwoofer. It terminates in an audio control dial which controls volume, power, and features aux-in and headphone out jacks. You can then plug the cable into your computer using the 3.5mm cable. Although it's an easy design that works well, we wish the quality of the cable was better.

It is easy to set up the Cyber Acoustics CA-3602s. Take everything out of its box. Place the subwoofer exactly where it is needed, run the cable to the right place, then connect the satellites. There's one catch. You need to take care when setting up the speakers and during their use. These speakers might be out of reach for small children or pets, so you may want to keep them away from your family.

These speakers will be easy to set up once you are satisfied with the sound quality. Although the Cyber Acoustics CA-31202s don't sound the best, the price is right for what they offer.
The speaker system comes as a 2.1 set, meaning it includes a subwoofer with all of the power and bass. Although the speakers can get slightly distorted if you crank them all the way up, it is not necessary. The speakers are not party speakers and can be turned up to a quarter of the volume.
These speakers were tested with Tidal using the Master audio setting and the Audioengine D1 DDAC (digital to analog converter). The Cyber Acoustics CA3602s did not seem to be affected.
Amy Winehouse's 'Rehab" was first up. Although the kick drums were loud and clear, once the vocals and backing choral begin, organs fade into the background. Even the chimes, which were introduced during chorus, fade out and in to prominence.
The sound of walking in the beginning was perfectly reproduced by Fiona Apple's 'Periphery. Apple's voice was clear and the heavy pianos were as dirty and raw as they needed to be. As more elements began to converge, the song started getting a bit muddy.
The CA-3602 speakers are loud enough to listen to Spotify while you're at work, and they sound great.
Julia Holter's 'Sea Calls Me Home’ was next. This track had virtually no bass, which is mainly to prove the capabilities of our tweeters. The picked cello dominated the track and drowned out the backing vocals. We couldn't hear the harpsichord or angelic backing vocals.
The Cyber Acoustics CA3602s shine in "Boss" by Little Simz. The track was very straightforward and had a great bassline. It was also incredibly clear with the drums. This track's aesthetics are perfectly complemented by the bass-heavy sound from these speakers.
The Cyber Acoustics CA-3602s did a lot better than music. The entire experience, from the "Sonic the Hedgehog" trailer to the Mission of The Division 2, is cinematic. While some sounds may get lost in chaos, the speakers can still do the job and sound great.
The CA-3602 speakers are loud enough to listen to Spotify and watch movies. You won't be able to hear every detail in your music. These are very heavy on the bass, with little room for mids and highs. Cyber Acoustics CA-3602s are great for hip-hop and rock, but classical and folk music fans may want to consider other options.
Cyber Acoustics CA3602 speaker system costs only $39.95 MSRP, which is quite affordable for its sound quality. They are usually available year-round. Although there are some compromises in build quality, it's an investment that is well worth the cost when your speakers will last so long. You can find cheaper alternatives, however you'll have issues with audio distortion and build quality. We don't recommend this option to anyone.
This price range is highly competitive. Manufacturers have to make cuts in order to maintain low prices. It's just a matter of how much you can cut.

The Cyber Acoustics CA-3602 speaker system and Logitech Z323 have a 2.1 configuration. However, the Logitech model costs $10 more at $69. The Logitech speakers are not only better looking, they also have a slightly cleaner sound profile.
Logitech Z323 has only one satellite tweeter, which means you will get more distortion and not have to worry about the speaker hitting your desk. You can still find higher quality speakers if you are willing to spend a bit more. Headphones might offer more value than you think.
Cyber Acoustics CA-3602 speakers are a great choice if you want a cheap set that can handle most audio formats. These speakers can be used as long as they don't expect anything.
