Logitech Z337 speakers review: An excellent upgrade for your PC audio. The Logitech Z337 is not only good at sound, but it also offers conveniences such as Bluetooth and volume control. These computer speakers were tested for 30 hours by me to find out how they performed.

Computer speakers are often challenged to find the right balance between size and useful features. This is because of all the different tasks they serve. Logitech Z337 speakers are designed to achieve that perfect balance, while still being very affordable. Although they may not be the best value for money, they offer several benefits over other speakers and are attractive.

Logitech Z337 speakers can be placed on most desks. These satellite speakers measure 4.3" wide by 3.5", about the same size as a coaster. They also measure 7.6 inches in length. Although the subwoofer's longest side measures 9.1 inches it is slightly larger and does not block legroom.
These speakers have beautiful finishes, including a dark grey-sandstone texture and cloth-covered drivers. They will enhance your décor. The speaker body is made from plastic. This material may not be the most efficient for audio transmission but it's still affordable.
This set's heart is the subwoofer, as it connects to both power and the speakers. Although they are all 5-7 inches long, the cables can be kinked and very fragile. The power and control cables are attached permanently to the subwoofer. This means that repairing the system can be more difficult than simply swapping the damaged cable with a newer one.
The control pod, if the subwoofer were the heart of the system, is actually the brain. The 2-inch puck controls the main volume, Bluetooth, and power off/off. It is large and sturdy, making it easy to operate. A headphone input is also available for the auxiliary connectors 3.5mm.
You will find the speakers' line inputs on the subwoofer. They are RCA and 3.5mm auxiliary. Logitech did not include an RCA cable with the kit. This is a disappointment.

Although the Z337 speaker installation is straightforward, there are very few instructions in the box. There are a few diagrams on the packaging, but that is it. While I will try to guide you through the process of setting up your device, Logitech offers a detailed tutorial on its website.
For the best sound, position your speakers correctly before you connect them. The satellite speakers should form a triangle around your head with each speaker pointed toward your ears. The satellite speakers should be as far apart from one another as you are. To avoid kicking it, the subwoofer must be placed on the ground.
Color-coded wires are used to connect speakers and subwoofer. Connect the speakers to their respective ports. Power the subwoofer. You have two choices when it comes to connecting the subwoofer to your computer: RCA or 3.5mm.
The knob at the back of the subwoofer can be adjusted to adjust the bass volume. However, I suggest keeping the volume level at mid-level. To minimize distortion in the bass, you should use EQ software.
On the control pod, you will find an on/off switch. If you wish to connect via Bluetooth, simply press the Bluetooth button located on the control pod.

Logitech Z337 speakers are not for audiophiles, but they're still good. The music is enjoyable to hear, while the dialogue is clear and crisp in movie dialog. They are not as spatially rich, so they don't make a good choice for reflex-based gaming. However, they still sound better than the built-in speakers on your PC.
These speakers have clear highs that are bright and sparkling. Although the treble is not too harsh, it cuts through all the other audio well. However, it can be a bit annoying after long use. Thanks to the subwoofer, the bass is very clear. A subwoofer can produce a powerful bass, so I suggest keeping its physical volume below 50% and using software to EQ the volume. The subwoofer will distort at higher volume levels. Satellites also distort at louder volumes than desk users, but their maximum volume is still lower than many would like.
It is enjoyable to hear music, and movies have clear dialogue.
These speakers are weakest point because the 3-inch drivers produce a loose and muddy sound. Although they are clearer than integrated monitor or PC speakers, the sound quality is not as refined and precise as bookshelf speakers. The Z337 speakers can be used for casual listening. However, if you require something more, like video editing and competitive gaming, then you will need to look elsewhere.
These speakers cost about $100 MSRP and are usually cheaper on Amazon. They're a basic set, but they do the job well. They do not have an advanced hardware EQ setting, however they come with Bluetooth. They are also very attractive. Although their sound quality could use some work, they are still good enough to replace their display monitor or laptop speakers.
These speakers cost only $80 and are an excellent basic set.
These speakers have a unique construction. If one component fails, the entire system will fail. Also, the Z337s lack exceptional audio quality and features. This makes them difficult to compete with.
Amazon's Edifier R1280T bookshelf speakers are an amazing pair that rivals many. If you are looking for great sound quality, these speakers will be the perfect choice. The R1280T is not equipped with additional features such as Bluetooth and I/O diversity so they aren’t the ideal choice for those who are looking to have great sound quality.
The Yamaha NX-50 speakers (see Amazon) are an excellent alternative if you're looking for something more sleek than the Edifiers. These $105 speakers from Yamaha are a great example of Yamaha's reputation for producing high-quality audio products at every price point.
Logitech Z337 speakers can be used to replace your computer's speakers. The Z337 speakers come with a control pod and a subwoofer. They also have Bluetooth at $80. If you are willing to give up those features for better sound and build quality, however, these speakers can be found at a lower price.
